My responsibilities as your life coach are to listen, ask questions, conduct exercises. and challenge you to be your best self. There are times where we are not aware of how close we are to our goals. Most of the times we do not even know that we already possess what is necessary to accomplish them. With an open mind any goal is attainable. Bringing a well-rounded and open-minded approach I will help you find the solutions to overcoming your obstacles. Our conversations will be built on understanding and we will center them around what it takes to accomplish your goals. We will conduct unique exercises that helps uncover the world of possibilities that exist for you. Consider this style of coaching as "Removing the Blindfold." |
Vantage is defined as a place, condition, or position affording you a good view of something. We may have little to no idea of what we want or need to experience progress and happiness. This can be corrected with gaining perspective of the circumstance. Perspective helps us reroute our vision. This style of coaching can be described as you and I taking a mountaintop view of your state of affairs to see what things can be moved, removed, or shifted. An open-minded approach will help influence the perspective you need to get you on track. |
When working with multiple to achieve a common goal it is easy to get off track, face tension, and bump heads. Most times the conflict goes deeper than whats in front of you. When there is a misunderstanding or conflict and you need some one to help get everyone cliquing I am your guy. It could be a couple, class, staff, sports team or any other group I will discuss various topics of interest based on the concerns or tasks at hand. My job in this form is to help build or increase comradery, understanding, and much more. If you want to be on the same page with your counterparts let me help you all turn the page. |
