Vantage Coaching

A vantage point provides a good view. What we desire or require may be vague or specific. It is possible that what we saw was either too little or too much. Blinded, we lose sight of what is significant. Perspective helps to resolve this issue and  redirects sight. We have all stood at a crossroads and pondered our next steps. In vantage coaching, I ask you questions to assist you in identifying solutions. I am also willing to help you adapt or broaden your vision by keeping an open mind. I will assist you in locating what you need to proceed.

GO Coaching

Occasionally, we are unaware of how near we are to our objective(s). We are unaware that we possess what we need. I will assist you in solving your problems by being open and attentive. We discuss your objectives and how to achieve them. Exercises which are distinctive will uncover an number of possibilities. Go for your goal—I'll help you!

Group Coaching

In a group setting, a single voice can energize an entire team. A rousing moment or address can be the deciding factor between success and failure. During a group coaching session, I will meet with a group of folks to discuss how they may achieve their collective goal. We will talk about individual motivations, if any, and how they can contribute to the overall objective.

• $250,000 annual revenue or less
